Tablebitz

Tablebitz is a low-fi tabletop rpg simulator meant to make the process of developing and editing combat maps a rapid, and seamless process. 

For those that are interested, this design was inspired by my "almost no prep" dm-ing style.  My combat maps often consist of booting up microsoft excel or paint.net and drawing the approximations of where everyone is on the map (and also drawing the map itself).  This project was an attempt to "elevate" this style of map making without ditching the rapid development of maps (often taking no more than 2-3 minutes).

It is in a demo state at the moment.  I have been working on it for the last few months and realized that there has been bit of scope creep.  Since the project is supposed to be super minimal, this is unacceptable.  Although I have plans to add a few tools to make map development even faster, I have decided to shelve the project and work on some other things for a bit and then come back to it later.

That being said.  If you start to use this project for any of your maps or games or what-not, let me know so I can decide what potential features to add and what to abandon.  Also, I dont want to be a money-whore so I will say this once,  donations are super helpful in making tools like this amongst other games and projects.
